Tickets and box office

Tickets can be purchased:

• At the Theatre‘s box office: Arklių str. 5, Vilnius
• At tickets distributor „Bilietai.lt“ sales points
• On the tickets distribution website: www.bilietai.lt/eng

Box office opening hours:

• II–V     10:00–16:00
• VI–VII  10:00–15:00
• On the day of the performance, 1 hour before the start of the performance/event.
• The rest day is Monday.

Terms of service:

• A ticket is required for both adults and children, regardless of age.
• We recommend that you consider the suggested age limit when choosing a performance.
• Children under 12 years of age may only visit the Theatre with an adult who is responsible for their safety.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless the performance is cancelled/rescheduled.
• Ticket prices include Bilietai.lt administration fees.
• The theatre reserves the right to change the repertoire.
• Late arrivals will not be allowed to attend the performance.
• Tickets purchased with a discount are valid and grant access to the performance only upon presenting the relevant document.

Discounts for Vilnius Lėlė Theatre performances:

For wheelchair users: Up to 80% discount is available for designated seating areas.

For individuals with disabilities (holders of a disability certificate) and their accompanying persons: Up to 50% discount. (The documents will be verified during ticket control.)

For seniors: Up to 30% discount. (The documents will be verified during ticket control.)
