Important information for purchasing tickets

Tickets for individuals with a disability certificate are sold at a discount of up to 50%. A personal assistant accompanying a person with a disability is also eligible for a discount of up to 50%. The discount does not apply to ticket service fees charged by the ticket seller.

When purchasing tickets online, please select the discounts designated for individuals with disabilities and their companions. Spectators who do not require wheelchair-accessible seating may choose any other seat in the hall that is convenient for them.

The ticket discount for individuals with disabilities applies to persons with a disability level of 55% or lower (inclusive) working capacity or a special needs level.

Upon using the discount, you will need to present documents verifying your eligibility for the discount when attending the performance. The accompanying person can only use the discounted ticket if arriving together with the individual with a disability.

Spectators with mobility disabilities who use wheelchairs are asked to select specially designated seating areas, which are discounted by up to 80%. These seats are marked with a wheelchair symbol on the seating plan. Companions or personal assistants are advised to purchase adjacent seats in the main seating plan.

Discounts for spectators using wheelchairs apply only to seats marked as wheelchair-accessible. If tickets are purchased for other, non-accessible seats, the theater cannot guarantee the ability to watch the performance.

Discounted tickets can be purchased online at www.bilietai.lt or at the Vilnius Theatre "Lėlė" box office, located at Arklių g. 5, Vilnius.

Accessibility of theatre spaces 

For the convenience of spectators, the theater is equipped with a special lift, allowing wheelchair users to comfortably access the foyer from the vestibule. From the foyer, the Grand Hall is accessible via an elevator.

We invite spectators using wheelchairs to participate in educational programs and performances held in the Grand Hall. Additionally, the foyer includes a specially adapted restroom, and the café tables meet various needs, offering a comfortable space to enjoy delicious treats.
